Traditional security architectures use a perimeter-based model where everything internal to the corporate network is trusted by default. This type of architecture was designed protect static servers and endpoints; however, we need adapt emerging technologies serverless applications are running on containers, mobile endpoints, IoT, cyber-physical systems. Since beginning fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0), there has been massive investment in smart manufacturing which responds real-time supply chain connects digital physical environments using cloud computing, data analytics. The zero-trust concept implementing cybersecurity techniques considering all networks hosts be hostile irrespective their location. Over past few years, this proven remarkably effective solution conventional devices. In paper, approach will fully explored documented explaining its principles, architecture, implementation procedure. It also include background industry review existing cyber solutions followed proposed design along with enabling factors for on-premises cloud-hosted infrastructure.
